Open access point settings
Proxy: Enabled

Port: 80
Data Bearer: Packet Data
Open bearer settings
Packet data Access point: internet

Leave others untouched.

Save and activate!

After that go back to settings

Options > Add new >My access point

Account name: Any
Open access point settings
Data bearer: Packet data
Packet data access point: internet
