Very nice hotel ,beutifull large rooms, good location if yu want to be near the sea and roxas bd ,near malate and ermita , but not near makati , very nice swimming pool , very good persons and staff in general , check in and out very quick , good breakfast , luxuous
roooms, but my room stay too much cold during the first days of my stay , even if i never use the aircon and despite the hot weather outside ,,,then better at the last days , internet is free for 3 hours , but yu need use it in one way , after , yu need to pay rather expensive , we need ask the free internet in each hotel , so i always write that on the comment paper, d autant plus that more simples hotels offers free internet , as city garden makati

No complaints
Took Club Floor package for two nights over a weekend. One way airport pick-up was welcomed but what was not was a money scam caller to my room who somehow knew my name. This maybe as a result my name on the hotel A4 being held up at arrivals.
Hotel dealt with this quickly and efficiently and blocked my phone but did charge me for the call back to the scammer during the time I was trying to work out what it was about and if related to my business meetings in the city, I did think that a little mean.
Nice Club Lounge serving small breakfast selection, all day complimentary snacks/coffees and happy hour cocktails. All in all a typically good Club Package but they usually are and should really be at these prices.
